Your profile
As a Senior Business Development Manager at Alleo, you will play a strategic role in driving growth and expanding our footprint in the Dutch market. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from identifying high-potential opportunities to closing complex deals — while building long-term, value-driven partnerships.
Your key responsibilities:
Own and lead the end-to-end sales process, from pipeline generation to contract negotiation and deal closure, consistently exceeding growth targets.
Act as a strategic advisor to prospects and clients, deeply understanding their challenges and aligning Alleo’s solutions to their business goals.
Be the face of Alleo in your market segment, representing our brand with credibility and thought leadership to establish trust and authority.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver customer insights, influence roadmap decisions, and improve the overall customer journey.
Leverage advanced sales tools and data-driven workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to scale your efforts and maintain a well-organized, high-converting pipeline.
Build and nurture a strong professional network and community within your target industries — gathering market intelligence and creating new opportunities through relationships and reputation.

A salary of 80,000 - 95,000 OTE
