As a Frontend Engineer, you will play an important role in shaping our customer portal, and internal admin tools. This role requires an engineer who thrives in customer frontend, with a strong focus on delivering a high-quality user experience and robust backend services.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on improving the self-service aspects of our platform, API integrations with partners, and implementing scalable solutions.
What you’ll do
• Own the design and implementation of the self-service customer portal and internal admin tools;
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create and maintain a component library aligned with our style guide;
• Work on enhancing the overall user experience of our platform;
• Collaboration & CI/CD;
• Work closely with Product Owners to define and scope out features;
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to maintain and improve the CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment;
• Technology & Innovation;
• Review and improve the tech stack to ensure scalability and efficiency;
• Take a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges, proposing and implementing architectural improvements when needed.
