Your mission
As a RevOps Specialist, you'll play a key role in optimising our commercial tactics and strategies. You’ll work closely with various teams to act upon insights by setting up tight processes and implementing (AI) tooling that support Alleo's growth. Your work will directly impact our commercial strategy and you'll have a voice in shaping the future of our platform.
Analyse and refine existing outbound lead generation processes with a focus on process optimisation and campaign management.
Partner with both sales and marketing teams to support strategic initiatives, create content strategies, and ensure accurate reporting.
Maintain data accuracy in our main CRM systems HubSpot and Apollo through regular audits and updates.
Initiating new strategies and implementing AI in our sales & marketing strategies to enhance productivity, with a major focus on qualitative lead generation and growth.
Your profile
We are looking for a young professional with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about process optimisation, data analysis, and working with digital tools. You have a commercial mindset and a strong affinity with AI and technology. You’re eager to take ownership of your role and contribute to the company's growth.
1-2 years of experience in a commercial, tech-driven environment (preferably B2B).
Highly digital and AI-savvy; you enjoy diving into the details of workflows, processes, and tools (such as HubSpot, Apollo e.g.).
Creative in content and email campaign management.
Commercial mindset with a focus on process and data optimisation.
Independent yet collaborative; you have an entrepreneurial attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
