Product & UX Designer

Your mission

What You’ll do

Design seamless user experiences, from concept to delivery, using Figma.
Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative) to uncover insights that drive design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs for new feature validation.
Incorporate motion design and micro-interactions to elevate the overall experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with user needs and technical requirements.
Be an advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
Continuously refine and optimize the user experience based on feedback and analytics.

Your profile

What we’re looking for

Experience & Skills:

3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably for SaaS or digital products.
Mastery of Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful designs.
Proficiency in UX research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
Experience creating motion designs and micro-interactions to enhance usability and engagement.
Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to simplify complex problems.
Proficiency in both Dutch and English
